News of Minor Note.

A trip of inspection of many of the local land offices in Minnesota, Montana, Idaho, California and Colorado will be made during June by Commissioner Lamoreux of the general land office. Assistant General Manager P. P. Shelby, of the Great Northern, has sent his resignation to President Hill. So far as knotvn there has been no friction and Mr. Shelby leaves of his own accord. Four firemen were severely injured when fighting fire in P. W. Terry fy Co.’s fuel and feed store at Denver, being buried under a falling wall.
