Live Bookworms.

Mr. Austin, an assistant librarian In the Cornell library, while cataloguing the fine Dante collection presented to the university by Prof. Willard Fiske, has found some live bookworms in an edition of the “Divine Comedy,” bearin the date 1136. This Is the third time only that these insects have been found, In an American library. Prof. Comstock, of the entomological department, has succeeded in raising from the insects a number of eggs, worms and beetles for the university museum.
