Works Both Ways.
Much has been written about the new experimental colony established at Fitzgerald, Ga. One of the notable features of the colony is that negroes are not allowed in it under any circumstances. Another colony, with similar restrictions, is soon to be established in Ware County, near Fitzgerald. Meantime a Colony of colored people is being established on the Abbeyville and Waycross Railroad, adjoining the Fitgerald colony. In this no white people are to be allowed under any circumstances.
