Killed in a Peculiar Manner.

A Mrs. Yeager was killed at Altoona, Penn., the other day in a very peculiar manner. She was examining a new house, where the gas fixtures had not been put up, the pipes being stopped with plugs. A storm came up and the house was struck by lightning, which forced one of the plugs violently from its position. It struck the lady on the forehead, fracturing her skull and killing her instantly.
