Application for License. Notice ia hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Rensselaer and Marion Township, in Jasper County, Indiana, that the undersigned George A. Strickfaden, a male inhabitant of the State of Indiana and over the age of twenty one years and has been and is of good moral character, not in the habit of becoming intoxicated and a fit person in every respect to be intrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors and has been a continuous resident of said township for over ninety days last past and that this applicant is the actual owner and proprietor of said business and will be such if license be granted, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of said Jasper County, Indiana, at their September term, 1895, said term commencing on Monday, September 2nd, 1895, for a license to sell and barter •‘pirituous, vinous, malt and all other ntoxicating liquors in a less quantity ban a-quart at a time, with the privlege ot allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the following premises to-wit: The precise location of the premises »n which the undersign* U desires to sell and barter with the privilege of illowiug the same to be drank therein. is in a one story brick building, one hundred and ten (110) feet long by thirty-six (36) feet wide, on Van Keusat Ihtr street and situated on lot
