Must Not Tip Their Hats.

An order issued at the Annapolis, Md., Naval Academy defining the regulation which was construed as inhibiting cadets taking off their caps to women, has been extended to the officers of the Naval Academy. T{ie order, of course, does not mention the women, but goes on to say what a regulation salute consists of, to whom it shall be given, and prohibits any other form of salute. .
