In Ro eville, N. J., a man named Boylan has a private footbridge over the tracks of the Morris and Essex Railroad, Since its erection it has boen the cause of the death of twentytwo mon. The last victim was George Gai rison, a brakeman, who was killed by being crushed between the roof of a car and the bridge lately. London has only one death per year where it used to have four.
