MUST REGISTER DOGS.

Township assessors need not as-ess dogs. In volume 5, page 5, of the Ap p.llate court report, it is decided that owners of dogs must reg ster them with the township trustee.—uogaiisport i'ha ros. The Logansport Pharos says: ‘‘The Charge that Judge Johnston has used money to secuie delegates to the congres signal convention is q serious on ;.
