Comptroller Issues a Statement Based Upon Returns Made to Him. Returns as to the condition of Western tanks, as made to the Comptroller of the Currency, are as follows: In the State of Colorado the reserve was 33.1;1, per cent.; loans and discounts, $21,420,000; Individual deposits. $18,b02,0t0, and lawful money reserve, $3,915,0n0.
