President Palmer Presents His Annual Report to President Cleveland. The annual report of the World's Columbian Commission ha? been submitted to President Cleveland by President T. W. Palmer. Detailed statements of the scope and various featuies of the Exposition are" left for the final report, to be prepared by a special committee of the commission, with President Palmer at its head, and which will be a work of great magnitude, practically a history of the fair, to be completed" next November. An estimate of $42,500 to complete the work of the commission, not including the committee on awards, is made, and congress is asked to make its transfer from the funds of the committee on awards and Board of Lady Managers.
