A Lively French Centenarian.
The people of Havre have a centenarian of whom they are proud. He iaDr. De Boissy. In honor of his bsriag completed his 100th year recently, he was feted at a dinner given by the medical faculty of his native places la accordance with French custom, he presided himsdf. After eating a hearty dinner he made a lively and speech, which was much applauded. Ilis father, he declared, lived to be J6ftyears old, and as for himself, he hed - every hope of going on for a long while - to come, laboring in the cause of suffering humanity. During the late chofeae epidemic Dr. De Boissy greatly distinguished himself, and is said to have gained a medal of honor so» the nid lines work he performed.
