INJURED IN A RUNAWAY.

Crtumge, Bald to Ho Mrs. Potter Palmer’s NUtor, the Vletlm, By tho running away and overturning of a carriage lu which they were being conveyed to the Union Depot at Kansas City, Mo., Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Cranago, of Bay City, Mich., who were on route to Chicago, were badly hurt Friday night. A son and daughter who were in the carriage were also inlurod slightly. Mr. and Mrs. Cranage wero dragged some distance In tho overturned vehlolo and received many bruises and cuts about the head and faco. Mrs. Cranage Is said to be a sister of Mrs. Potter Palmer, of Chicago. Troop* Ordered Out. There is an uneasy, excited feollng among tho Navajo Indians, especially along the northern border of the reservation. ODe white man had been murdered, and. In tho opinion of Agent PJummer, unless tho Intention of tho Government to exert Its authority was made known, tho valloy would become uninhabitable to whlto settlers. Ho asked that four troops of cavalry and two companies of Infantry be sent into that section. Tho War Department telegraphed Gen. McCook, Department of Arizona, to send troops immediately to the scene of trouble. Grover Humped Hl* Head. While entering a carriage at Now York, President Cleveland bumped his head - against a projecting braco and cut a gash over his right ear about 14 Inches long. The new company represented by Col. Foard proposes to use the convicts in building new railroads in the State as well as working coal mines. A sEßiors interruption terminated the corner-stone laying services at the Clark Avenue Baptist Sunday school, Cleveland, Ohio. About 150 people were precipitated into the basement, a distance of twelve feet, by the floor giving way. Only a few received injuries that were really serious.
