The Democrats of Legislative District composed of Newton and J.ts x er counties, will meet in del* egate convention at Goodland, Ind. on Thusrday, Sep. 22,1892, at 1 o’clock, p. m., for the purpose ot nominating one candidate for the office of Representative for said district N. At the sane time and place as designated above the Democrats of the 30th Judicial Circuit will meet m delegate convention for the purpose i f placing i nomination a candidate for the office of Judge, made vacant by resignation of Edwin P. Hammond, and also a candidate for the office of Prosecuting Attorney for said district The basis of representation in these onventions will be one vote for every 100 votes and fraction over 50 cast for Grover Cleveland at the Presidential election in 1888.
