All along the picturesque Inn the scenery is magnificent, and tourists are attracted thither in ever increasing numbers. comes more striking and rugged. A short distance from the picturesque town of Kufstein, on the liln River, says Goldthwaite’s Geographical Magazine, rises the Devils Pulpit, recently made accessible by the construction of a stairway. The view from the top of this line old rock is surpassingly fine. In the foreground is the fruitful valley through which the Inn River makes its way. Far to the north rise the lofty summits of the Bavarian Mountains, while around fantastic rocks lie half concealed in their drapery of vines.
