Fined for Snoring.

A mam in Boston who was brought up at the police court fordrunkenness did not escape a Ane, though as it was his first offense within a year he could not have been punished under the new Massachusetts law. The justice fined him for snoring. The snores which he poured forth from the doorway into which he sank down for a drunken slumtier startled the neighborhood and even attracted the attention of the policemen who arrested him.
