Stole Two Mail Pouches.
At Little Rock, Ark., two mail poaches containing a number of registered packages and several hundred letters were stolen from a mail car of the Little Rock and Memphis Railroad. The theft was so cleverly perpetrated that it was not discovered until several hours later.
