At Race Fork. Mon’t, Lee Odalr, a miner, and Bryant McDonald, a farmer, became Involved In a politi 'al d scusslon. McDonald stooped to tie bls shoestring and Odalr grabbed him by the back of the neck and began pummeling him. McDonald fired four shots, killing bis assailant, and gave himself up.
