These prices have almost compelled people to purchase the cheaper and poorer Encyclopaedias. The Louisville, New Albany & Chicago has just turned out a new style of postal oar which greatly increases the facilities for handling mail matter quickly. The superintendent of mail service is also well pleased with the new car.
