Jacob Schanlaub, has just completed his assessing of Jackson Township. Decoration was observed by the people of Mt. Ayr and vicinity. O. ■■■ . n . - ~ ■ Remington Press: Patrick Clark, Sr., aged one hundred years and two months, died at the residence of his daughter, one and one-half miles west of Goodland, on the 17th inst. Deceased was a native of Ireland and o vine to Indiana in 1869. He was about the oldest man in Newton County.
