Ten Thousan I Tramps.

Queens County, Nbw York, allows thirty cents a night for each tramp lodged and -fed at the town hall, the money to be divided as follows: Ten cents to the town for lodging, five cent* to the ove/seer of the poor for recording the names, and fifteen cents to the janitor for furnishing the meals.
