A FEW OF THE TARIFF TRUSTS.

[Boston Post. The steel trust, cattonseed oil trust, sail trust, barbed fenoe trust, copper trust, nickel trust, zino trust, jute bag trust, cordage trust, linseed oil trust and numerous other trusts could not exist were it not for the high tariff that completely shuts out foreign competition, gives them a monopoly of the home market and enables them to advanoe to any point inßide of the cost to manufacture with the duty added. Horace Peacock is filling up his new shop on Washington street, opposite the Nowels House, with a large stock of harness, bridles, halters, eto., etc., of his own manufacture, and made from the best material in the market. Prioes reasonable. Those in want of goods in his line are respeotfully invited to give him a call. He solicits an inspection of his work before going elsewhere.
