Singular Misadventure.

George Tolbert, a young herder, rode into Mojave, N. M., to have atooth pulled. On his way back his horse threw him, and, becoming frightened, kicked him into insensibility. When he gained consciousness he found that matches carried in his pocket had become ignited, setting fireto his clothing and! severely burning one foot.
