Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Rensselaer, Indiana, held at the Town Hall, on Monday evening, January 12, 1891, it was ordered by the Board that said Town be divided into two precincts, as follows, to-wit Commencing in the centre of the Range Line road where the south boundary of said Town es Rensselaer crosses aaid road and running thence north along the center line of said road to the center of Waahington street in aaid Town; thence north ana east along the center of said Washington street to the center of Division street; thence north and west along the center of said Division street to the center of Main street, thence north along the center of said Main street, to the north boundary of tho said Town of Rensselaer. , ' All east and north of the center of said road and streets shall be known as "East Precinct’’ in said Town,* and all west of the center ofs nid road and streets shall be known as “West Precinct" in said Town. Notice is Hereby Given, That the undersigned, as Administrator of the estate of Myalmy Morlan, deceased, has presented and filed his account and vouchers in final settlement of said estate, and that the same will come up for the examination and action of said Circuit Court, on the 16th day of March, 1891, at which time all persons interested in said estate are required to appear in said Court, and show cause, if any there be, why said account and vouchers should not be approved. And the heirs of said estate, and all others interested therein, are also hereby required, at the time and place aforesaid, to appear and make proof of their heirship or claim to. any part of said estate.
