An Obliging Postmaster.

It’s an obliging world sure enough. A New York woman mallei a letter to Baltimore. It had a paper pocket sewed on the outside of the enve’ope with white thread. On the pocket was a message to the Postmaster that it contained 10 cents and that the writer desired the postal authorities to buy a special delivery stamp for the letter and deliver it as soon as it reached here.
