Davis, as Administrator of the Estate of John Neier, deceased, late of said County and State, has filed in,the Cirouit Court of said County, his Petition to sell certain Real Estate belonging to said decedent, the Personal Property of said Estate being insufficient to pay the indebtedness thereof: and that said petition will come up for hearing at the October Term, 1890, of said Court, which term commences at the Court House, in Renaselaer, said State, on the 20th day of October, the year aforesaid.
