Investments in the Sooth.
The “Evansville Route" will sell tickets from Chicago and all stations on its lines, on Sept. 9 and 23 and Oct. 14, at rate of oni fare for the round trip, to points in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Qeorgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas. Tickets will be good for return passage 30 days from date of sale. Solid ti-ains are run from Chicago through to Nashville, where connections are made in the Union Depot for through trains running to every city of any importance ln the South. The great advances now being made in many parts of the South, the developing of its vast agricultural and mining resources, the rapid increase of population ln numerous localities, the continual coming into, existence of new centers of population and manufacture in hitherto neglected territory, have attracted thousands bent on speculation.
