Governor Campbell, of Ohio, is quoted as having said when in Washington recently, that if the Force bill should pass he would deem it his duty as Governor of Ohio to see that no hireling of Quay, Dudley and Clarkson, in the guise of a Federal officer, interfered with ai y citizen of Ohio in his attempt to exercise the chise, and that if necessary he would call out the 50,000 militia.of Ohio to protect the ballot-box from these Force bill frauds.
