SHERIFF’S SALE. By virtue of three executions to me directed by the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, one in a case wherein Frank B. Meyer is plain tiff and John A-., Albeit and Rob-* ert Bissenden are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of sixty-four and 51,100 dollars with interest and costs; also one in a case wherein John Eger & Abram F. Long aie, plaintiffs and said Robert Bissenden is defendant, requiring me to make the sum of tweut v-two and 34j|100 dollars with interest and costs; and also one in a case wherein said John Egtr & Abram F. Lon fe are plaintiffs and said Johu D. Bissenden is defend* ant requiring me to make the sum of forty-nine and B||loo dollars with interest and costs, I will ex* pose on the first of said executions at public sale the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years of the undivided threefourths of lots seven (7), ten (10), nine (9), eleven (11), twelve (12), thirteen (13), and fourteen (14), in block ten (10), m Leopold’s ad* dition to the Town of Rensselaer, Jasper countv, Indiana, and or the second of said executions, toe i ents and profits for a term not oxc eeding seven years of the undivided one-fom tb of aid real estate, and on the third of said executions the reu ts and profits for a term not exceeding seven years the undivided one .fourth of said real estate.— Said sale will take place on SATURDAY, JUNE 21,1890, between the hours of ten o’clock a m. and four o’clock p. m., at the north door of the Court House, in the Town of Rensselaer, in said County and State. And on failure to satisfy either of said executions by a sale of said rents and profits of said real estate as aforesaid the fee simple thereof will at the same time and place be sold at public sale as afoiesaid. On tLe first of said executions the undivided three-foui the of said real estate is levied upon and the rents and profits or tbs fee simple thereof will be sold as the propeity of said JohnD. Bissenlen, Albert Bissenden and Robert Bissenden. On the second of said executions the undivided one*fourth of said real estate is levied upon and the rents and profits or the fee simple thereof will be sold as the property of said Robert Bissenden. On the third of said executions the undivided one-fourth of said real estate has been levied upon and the rents and profits or the fee simple thereof will be sold as the property of JohnD. Bissenaen.
