Washington dispatch: Secretary Tracy will sell his house on I street, opposite Farragut square, just as it stands, ilackened without and ruined within. The beautiful furnishings were nearly ill destroyed by the fire. A Jew pictures and other family nementos which escaped the ruin will be taken away, and then the louse will be offered for sale. It cost .he Secretary more than $70,000. Secretary Tracy does not recover as rapidly is was hoped. It is probable that withn a few days the Secretary will start on i Southern trip, as his friends are anxous that he shall have a change of cene and surroundings.
