McEuen has opened an Art Scnool at hei home, in Rensselaer, and is succeeding finely. James W. Bouthit, Esq., now occupis the room back of the Renssei ler Bank, Nowels bui’ding, with his law office. J. H Willev and son, V. C., have bought the choicest goods, to the amount of $7,000, from th? stock of the Economy Store Co., and wi l resume business at the old stand. The dedicatory services at the new M. E. church last Sunday morning and evening were appropriate and interesting. The balance due on the church, about sl,741, was pledged, and our Methodist friends now have a handsome and commodious sanctuary, clear of debt, iii which to worship in the future. The building com** mittee are entitled to congratulations upon the successful outcome of the big undertaking..
