(black), with the letters in the upper corners, will easily fetch £lO used and £5 unused. The black stamp, without the letters V. 8., can be sold for one penny and two pennies each. The red penny English stamp heads are not worth much more than waste-paper price. The standing prices are for the rarest stamps: Cabu], complete issues £3OO 2 1847, Mauritius . 200 4 1852, Sandwich Islands 200 3 1856, British Guiana 120 4 1850, British'Guiana 100 7 Natal, first issue 100 5 1860, Cape of Good Hope 40 8 Buenos Ayres 35 Bergedorf 30 6 1856, Canadian 20 10 1850, Brazil, perforated..... « 19 —London Globe.
