A Helpful Little Maid.
Her parents think Elsie the cutest child in the world, and certainly for a five-year-old this fairy is wonderfully handy about the house. She has a great ambition to be helpful, however much in the way she may happen to get in her laudable but naturally not yet very effective desire to make herself useful.
