Virginians with Remarkable Names.

The counties of Wythe and Shenandoah claim the “cake" on long names borne by people within their borders, but when it comes to long names and true-blue Democrats Craig can give both of these counties ‘ two in a hand” and claim the stakes. Asa sample a gentleman in Craig, named Brickey, has three children whose names are respectively: “Jailey Green Bird Mayflower Brickey,” “Oregon Texas Georgiana Brickey,” and “Moljna Truxilla Eutaw Sefcilla Tootater Brickey.” Our informant, Mr. P. B. Abbott, assures us that these are the names of the children, as recorded in the family Bible, and that there is no joke about it. But the longest name yet announced is also borne by a Craig man, Mr. John William Benjamin Leander Sinclair Calvin Philip Virgil Cicero Lee. On this we challenge competition. —Salem (Va.) Times.
