A Proposed Sky Railway.

The plans for the propose ! ship railway across the isthmus connecting Nova Scotia with New Brunswick have been approved by the min ster of railways, and the con racts are s'gned. Vessels bound from Europe and Boston and New York will 1 ave FOO miles by utilizing the railway. Thev will sail up the Bay of Fundy, and alter being hoisted by hydraulic lifts, will be transported to the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The railway will be about forty miles long.
