Advice That Is Easy to Give.

Don’t hurry. “Too swift arrives as tardy as too slow.” Sleep and rest abundantly. Sleep is nature’s benediction. Avoid passion and excitement. A moment’s passion may he fatal. Associate with healthy people. Health is contagious as well as disease. Don’t over-eat.
