Moore ©f Lake county, made a telling Democratic speech at Sand Ridge school house, in Barkley township, last Saturday evening. - - Tuesday evening last a Demot cratic meeting was held at Centre school house, in Barkley township. In the course of proceedings it was Resolved, That the Democratic delegations from Gillam and Walker join the Barkley delegation at Groom’s bridge, it 9 o’clock el m., October 24th, and together proceed to Given’s Hill and there awaite the arrival of the Union delegation at 10 o’clock, thence proceed to the depot.
