High License in New Jersey.

The Court of Errors at Trenton, N. J., has declared the High-License Local Option Law passed by the Legislature last winter constitutional. Justice Van Sickle wrote the opinion. The high license feature of the law was declared valid by a unanimous vote, but the court was divided on the local option feature, the vote standing 8 to 7 ip favor of its constitutionality.
