Indiana, to be erected on the south part of the east oue-half, of the south-east quarter of section twenty-three (28) in township twenty-nine (29) north range seven (7) west, in Marion township, Jasper county, Indiana, according to plans and specifications now on file for inspection and examination in the Auditor’s office, oi said Jasper connty.
