What the Protectionists Have Done.

They have played the dog-in-the-man-ger game of politics, with the result of creating and fostering a large number of monopolistic trusts which are plundering the people. It was the duty of the Republican minority in Congress, it is its duty now, to make the attempt to keep its pledges of revision.
