NOTICE is hereby given to all the citizens of the Town of Rensselaer, and district cumber one in said Town, and Marion Township, in the County of Jasper, and State of Indiana, .bat 1, the undersigned, Thomas Condon, a male inhabitant of ihe State of Indiana, and a man of good moral character, and pot in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and a fit person In every respect to be intrusted with the sale of lutoxica'ing Liquors, will make application for a license to sell and barter in less quantities than a quart at a time, Spirituous.
