Will Bore for Pursuant to call a large number of the citizens of Rensselaer met in the court room Saturday evening last Wt A. Rinehart called the meeting to order. Hon. E. P. Hammond was elected chairm n and E. C. Nowels, secretary. The law governing the organization of gas companies, and a form of articles of association were read. Name adopted—“ Rensselaer Natural Gas and Oil Company.’'Amount of stock SIOO,OO0 —10, shares, $lO each. Work to begin when $2,500 of stock is taken and paid in. Number of directors was fixed at nine, and corpoeate seal to contain the words “Rensselaer Natural Gas and Oil Compary.” Articles of association, as read, adopted. W. A. Rinehart, F. J. Sears and A.
