The Egyptian Minister of the Interior has resigned on account of scandalous real-estate transactions. On account of the difficulty of forming a new cabinet, the King of Italy refuses to accept the resignations of the present Ministers, who are promised a formal vote of approval by the Chamber. Mr. "Wilkinson, correspondent of the Manchester Guardian, was arrested at Cracow as a Russian spy, and imprisoned for twelve hours. The French Chamber of Deputies has approved of the bill to imp. se a duty of 5 francs per lalo on whegt imported. The septenate bill passed the German Reichstag without debato by a vote of 227 to 31. Eighty-four members abstained from voting.
