If the first installment is not paid when due, then both installments become delinquent, and ten per cent, penalty will be added to the full amount. Therefore, Tax-Payers should remember that their taxes MUST be paid every year. No County Order will be paid to any person owing delinquent taxes. Tlie sale of lands for delinquent taxes begins on the Second Monday in February, 1887.
