The Grand Jury of Rowan County, Kentucky, has indie el Harry S. Logan and others for confederating to kill Judge A. E. Cole and County Attorney Young. An assignment has been made by the dry goods firm of Block, Oppenheimer & Co., of Galveston, to secure local debts of $225,009. The rest of their $759,000 liabilities is due in New York, and is unsecured. A Lynchburg dispatch announces the suspension of the Virginian, established in 18.8. Professor E. E.
