The Practice of Economy.
People of moderate means ares obliged to practice economy in obtaining the necessities of life, and those in receipt of a large income, even, naturally wish to obtain the full worth of their money. A proper quantity and quality of reading matter, in these days, is most assuredly to be classed among the necessities; then how to obthis cheaply is a desideratum.
