Application for License to Retail Intoxicating Liquors. NOTICE is hereby given to all the citizens of the Town of Rensselaer, and Marlon Township, in the county of Jasper, and State of Indi, ana, that I, the undersigned, John F. Minlkus, a white male inhabitant of the State of Indiana, and over the age of twenty one years, will make application to the Board of Commissioners of said Jasper county, in said State of Indtana, at the next regular session and meeting of said Board of Commissioners to be holdenlnthe Town orlhenssclaer, on Monday, the sixth day of September, a. n 1886, for a License to sell Spirituous Liquors, Vinous Liquors, Malt Liquors, and all Intoxicating Liquors which may be used as a beverage in a less quantity than a quart at a time, with the privilege of allowing ana permitting said Liquors to be drank on the premises where sold, and precisely located and described as follows, to-wit: A room in the lower story of athr e-srory brick building located upon lots eleven ‘ll’and twelve ‘l2’ In Block number three 3’ in the original plat of said Town of Renssel‘aer. in Jasper county, and State of Indiana* The ground upon which said room is located is eescribed by metes and bounds as follows: dommencing at a point in the northwesterly Coundary line of said lot eleven ‘ll’ on the south easterly boundary of Washington street, in said town, at a point distant thirtv-two feet northeasterly from the rorthwesterly corner oi said lot eleven ‘ll’ and running thence in a north' easterly direction along the south-easterly boundary I ne of said Washlnggton street eighteen feet and six inches, and from thence in a south easterly direction parallel with Front street in said town of Rensselaer eighty-two feet and six inches, and thence In a south-westerly direction paralle. with Washington street eighteen feet and stx inches, and thence In a northwesterly direction parallel with said Front < treet eighty-two feet and six Inches to the place of beginning.
