On his Niagara excursion, in the absence of Bro. James, our neighbor of the Republican got into a tussle with an old enemy n.lined Quinzy. We understand he is now all right and expects to reach home to-morrow evening. The Nowels House has been refurnished throughout, and arranged for the accommodation and comfort of guests. The manager, Mr. Tribby, is a gentleman of experience and we wish him success. Clerk James F. Irwin is in attendance on the soldiers’ reunion at Castleton. Since Leopold reduced prices on all Ills Dry Goods, Clothing, Boots and Shoes below all competition, his goods go off like hot cakes.
