How Congressmen Voted Upon the Proposition to Take Up Mr. Morrison’s Revenue Measure. In the National House of Representatives on Thursday, June 17, Mr. Morrison, of Illinois, moved to go into committee of the whole for the purpose of considering revenue bills.
