MEMORIAL SERVICES.
Resolved: That the three newspapers of Rensselaer be requested to give publicity to the following: The general public are invited to assemble at the Opera House on May 30th at 10:30 a, m., to attend Memorial sermon by Chaplain D. R, Handley; and also to participate on the following day in Memorial services. All ex-so diers are invited to assemble at Grand Army Hall between the hours of 9:30 and 10 a. in. on the 30th and act with the Post on that day and the day following.
Elder R. S. Dwiggins will conduct the services at the Christian Church next Sunday at 10:30 a. m. His theme will be “The Home of the Righteous.” In addition to quotations from Scripture, he will mte such eminent authorities as John Wesley, Ireneas, Justin Martvr, TyndeJ, Whitby and others, in support or the proposition that the whole earth is to become a a most beautiful paradise and the future Lome u£ the redeemed.— All aie cordially invited to attend.
