Mr, Yeader has moved to the southern part of the township.
Eula Iliff is the champion wrestler and boxer of Jordan Any one wishing to try their muscle will do well to give him a call. Madames Benson and ELilderbraud are sics with cancer. They cannot recover, Tony Zimmer has moved into the house lately vacated by Mr. Yeader. Thourus Dauoherty is erecting a new dwelling house on his farm.— Smith & Son, of Rensselaer, ara the* builders. The political pot has begun to boil Wes Reed is working for the Republican nomination for Assessor. Th*' Democrats will spoil his fun with Mr. McGlinn or some other good man as their candidate. Curt. Weave»|lost a good cow a few days since. William Babcodk bar. gone to Wabash county* to buy cattle. Henry C. Pierson will soon move to the Pierson farm, east of ensselaer. A man from Goodlaua takes.hts place on the Huston farm Rev. Mcßeynolds preached at the Never Fail school house last Sunday. He scored the daneers right and left. Every body was highly pleased with the sermon. Health generally good. The sohools of Jordan are closing in good condition. Tne attendance is better than iast year.
